18 June 2026  BYD announces its 2026 Drive Into Summer Sales Event, giving buyers the chance to benefit from even better value for money across the entire range.

Within the event, selected models are eligible for a significant £1,000 deposit contribution. This includes the SEAL; updated for 2026 with colour and trim changes, a larger boot and frunk, plus insurance ratings reduced by two groups compared to the original model launched in 2023. The top-spec Excellence trim, capable of a 0-62mph sprint of just 3.8 seconds, is available for £457 per month* with a £3,999 customer deposit – the £1,000 deposit contribution is added to an existing discount, bringing the total customer saving to £1,865.

The award-winning SEAL U DM-i is the most popular model in the ever-growing Dual Mode (DM-i) plug-in hybrid range, thanks to its spacious cabin, slick in-car technology and rakish SUV design. It’s available with an additional £500 deposit contribution in the Drive Into Summer Sales Event, taking the total contribution to £1,350. This brings the Comfort trim’s monthly payments to £378**, with a £2,999 customer deposit.

The ATTO 3 Evo marks a significant technical progression from the first BYD to launch in the UK back in 2023.
